Elegantly decorated brand new contemporary home centrally located in Bozeman fully equipped with all the things you need while away from home. Come in sit back in the main floor living room to watch a movie on the 55" 4K TV, listen to music via blue tooth connected speakers or just cuddle up on the couch with a good book. If you are needing a little more quiet or alone time the upstairs features two Stressless convertible chairs ideal to take the pressure off your back and relax. The space The guest bedroom is located upstairs just off the top of the stairs to the right. You will have access to the upstairs shared bathroom. The upstairs features a nice, clean and quiet seating area equipment with TV and DVD. Guest access The second floor has been decorated to make guest feel as if they had their own little space away from home. Full home theater system and lounging area to help wind down from a busy day. During your stay I am in and out if anything is needed but typically let everyone have their own space. Other things to note There are two cats that live in the house. Otherwise no pets are allowed unless they are service animals, which we require pre-notification of. I live on site full time. This is one of two rooms which are rented out through Airbnb. From time to time the shared areas will be shared with other guests. If an accident incurred in the house on the carpet I will bill for carpet cleaning fees above and beyond the normal cleaning fees up to $100.00 per stain removed.
