Lower level includes living room and kitchenette which includes electric kettle, coffee maker, mini fridge, microwave and utensils. You will be given a key/door code to access the home and a key to lock your private room. The space - Living room has TV with chrome cast & Netflix - Ideal for University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics, University, business travelers, visiting Hawkeye games, family & friends and tourists. Guest access I live on the upper level. You will ONLY have access to the private bedroom, bathroom and to the laundry room which is by the main kitchen. Please notify the host when you would like to access the laundry room. You also have the access to the lower level living room, kitchenette and the iron room. Note: - The living room and kitchenette in the basement are shared with other Airbnb guests. - Upper level living room, main kitchen, patio and garage are NOT INCLUDED in the listing.
