Stylish RV in backyard, surrounded by nature

Enjoy this modernized RV with all the comforts of home. RV is in the backyard of a private property with a vacant home (future remodel project) surrounded by beautiful conservation land. The property is gated and fenced in. Start a hike right out the back gate with trails for miles through the woods. There are other units available for rent on the property as well, so bring your friends along! Chickens and honey bees (safe distance) are on the property! The space Short 10 mile (20 minute) drive to the beaches of Seaside Heights (and others on the barrier island). The travel trailer is located in the backyard of a property surrounded by conservation land. There are other travel trailers on site, and they are all located close to one another however they are all situated facing away from one another, giving you the sense of having your own outdoor space. Surrounding the fenced and gate property are thousands of acres of conservation land. Great for hiking, hunting, riding, and exploring! The travel trailer has heat and air conditioning. Accommodates as many as 2. The private bedroom (with a door) has a comfortable queen bed, and closets for your clothes. The couch also folds out. The Smart TV is visible from the living area or the bedroom where you can stream Netflix, and Amazon Prime, or any other streaming service that you might subscribe to. The dining table also provides seating for 4 to share a meal inside. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, and stainless steel sink. It is stocked with pots, pans, utensils, a drip coffee maker, coffee and filters, plates, cups, etc. The bathroom has a shower, sink, and toilet. Please flush ONLY human waste and the provided RV toilet paper. Anything else will damage the septic system. Your private outdoor space is a nice shaded area under a Holly tree with a propane Weber Grill, a picnic table and a chair. There is a fire pit available for guest use as well (please check the NJ Forest Fire Service website to verify fires are permitted before lighting). Guest access You'll be given clear check in instructions to the property as well as the RV. Please read and follow these instructions! Please do not attempt to enter the house or any other units. Other things to note There are about over 100 pasture raised chickens on the property, including 4 protective roosters, that forage daily around the entire property. They do occasionally come close to the RVs, but most of their time is spent in the front of the property near their coop. Please do not approach the roosters. Please note that there are other rental units on the property so other guests may be utilizing those spaces during your stay. 🚫 Quiet Hours: 10PM–8AM strictly enforced. Please book only if your group can be respectful—this is not a party house. 🔇 Noise that disturbs neighbors may result in cancellation without refund. 🧼 Beach Towels: Please bring your own. Bath towels provided but not for beach use. 🐾 Pet Policy: Pets welcome for $25/pet/night. Pets must be house-trained and kept off furniture. Bring covers if needed. 🐶
