Close to downtown, train is a 5 minute walk away, highways, Lake Quannapowitt, Breakheart, 9 miles to Encore Casino & <15 miles to Boston & Salem. The space Our 3 bedroom home has a lot of living space and spans through three floors. Booking our place has so many benefits compared to renting a hotel room. We especially think you will like the big deck and large fenced in yard! Wakefield is a beautiful town less than 15 miles from Boston and Salem. There are a lot of touristy things to do nearby and New Hampshire and Maine beaches are relatively close (there are also some great ones in MA). It is a great place to bring your family and very safe. Wakefield is known for Lake Quannapowitt - people come from all over to "walk the lake" (3.3 miles). We are happy to help you figure out fun things nearby, so don’t hesitate to ask questions if you would like our help :) Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house and yard (except for the attic and the garage). Other things to note -Pets: -All pets must be friendly and covered under my home-owners policy (ex. my insurance does not allow bully breeds like pitbulls). -There is an extra charge of $75 per pet per stay. -There is a maximum of 2 pets per stay unless approval is received. -AC window units are in windows Memorial Day weekend through September. -Internet is provided (for legal usage).
