BATHROOMS: 3 FULL bathrooms - located in the hallway and master bedroom BEDS: 1 Queen-sized bed (per bedroom); can easily accommodate 2 people 1 Queen-sized sleeper sofa (in common area); can accommodate 2 people Common Space: We provide a Queen size sleeper sofa KITCHEN: The kitchen contains all the amenities you would ever need in a short-term stay. TV/CABLE/WIFI: 55" SMART TV in living room 50" Smart TV Master bedroom 43" Smart TVs in Bedrooms 1-4 WIFI available. NOTE: There is some ongoing city road construction in the area. However, rest assured that parking and access to the unit will not be affected. The city is currently conducting roadwork in front of the house, but you can still access the unit and park via the Tonti Street entrance. Noise monitors are present to comply with local STR regulations, the noise decibel aware system is located on the ceiling in the living room. • We pride ourselves on providing a safe and secure experience. We provide 24 hour security monitoring through security cameras on the exterior of the home. We are also available for anything that you need in person as well. • Early check-in/late check-out is available upon request. Our cleaning contractors require a deep cleaning after every reservation involving pets to ensure the home is spotless and allergen-free for the next guests. If a pet is included in your booking details, the associated cleaning fees have already been accounted for in the total charge. • Parking is first come first serve basis. There is plenty of parking behind the electronic gate. Street parking is also available. Please do not park in the driveway as this may interfere with other guests coming and going from the back.
