Our cute little guesthouse offers comfort and quiet in the heart of Newton. Just a few minutes drive from the city center you’ll be close to all the necessities. This space was recently renovated and has everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Whether it’s a quick overnight stay or a weekend getaway we hope you find our home as charming as we do! The space This 600sq feet house has an open floor concept that is both cozy and modern. It’s situated in a quiet neighborhood and has one available parking spot. The space was recently refurbished and offers a queen bed, fully furnished kitchen, dining room/sitting area to enjoy. There is a small front porch where you can enjoy your morning cup of coffee in the sunshine. WiFi and Roku will be available. We have an air mattress upon request. Our home is available for long term booking; greater than 31 days. Please contact us for special pricing and availability. Guest access Guest will have access to the facility after 3pm on day of check in. The entire house is available to the guest as well as the front porch area and back/side yard. One parking spot will be found to the side of the house next to the alley. There is street parking available for second vehicles on the side streets near the home. Other things to note SMOKING POLICY No smoking is permitted anywhere within the property. We reserve the right to charge a $750 instant penalty, plus extra cleaning fees and the cost of future lost business if the house smells of smoke or contains smoking related litter.
