The condo's ground level proximity with free adjacent parking eliminates the need to haul luggage and groceries upstairs or any distance. You'll savor the expansive greenbelt that fronts your living space and lanai. Unobstructed ocean and beach views with waves breaking can be enjoyed just a few steps off the lanai! Its southern exposure ensures plenty of sunshine and the lanai is perfect for outdoor dining! The BBQ grills, pool and tennis courts are all closely available for your enjoyment.
