This home was built in 1919 and has been in our family since the 1960's. It was a summer retreat for parents of 8 children and all of their extended families. Our home is a wonderful place for family gatherings. We supply 6 season beach badges(A $600 value). We supply bed linens, bath towels, coffee, most condiments, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, paper towels, propane, and trash bags. We clean the home ourselves and take extra care to disinfect all surfaces. The space is unique because the home was so soundly built! The wood work, curved ceilings, and wonderful front porch add to the character. Eight bedrooms, allow for plenty of room to spread out. The wrap around front porch and large living room allow for family to gather. Meals can be shared in the kitchen or dining room, and at the patio table on the front porch. The office allows for a quiet space for the working vacationeer. The walk to the beach is short and enjoyable. We provide a Little Tikes wagon to help transport the little ones. Guests may access the whole house. Guests may not access the basement or detached garage. No one besides you and your guests are on the property during your stay. I will be available by call or text. If there is a situation for me to attend in person, I can be there in one hour. The neighborhood is quiet and family oriented community. Our home is located two blocks from the ocean and boardwalk. There are no amusements on the boardwalk, but there is a wonderful restaurant and ice cream stand. We are close to restaurants, clubs, shopping, fishing and more! Most people drive, walk, or bike around town. We like to walk to dinner and Uber back to the house. I clean the house myself and I always leave it perfectly clean for each group of guests.
