Owner hosted -This lower level large studio has all what you need for a great vacation. The unit is located a 1/2 block off of Ali'i Drive. The unit is about 550 sq/ft and it has a nice size lanai .The unit has its own bbq grill and beach toys. A kitchen with the essentials and a small dining area. The room has a CalKing bed and Queen sz sofa pull out, TV in each area. 3 Guests maximum regardless the age. 1 bedroom apt. Pets upon request with a fee This unit is potential for noise. The space All what you need on your vacation home in paradise ... you will need three things when you stay here , your clothes, your food and a car.... we provide the rest! Blazing internet This unit is part of my home shared and some noise might travel. We have a kitchen with the basics and a bbq grill on the lanai for your cooking. We provide complimentary air conditioner in the bedroom and in the main room. Shared washer and dryer - guests provide their own detergent and softener. We have beach chairs and beach towels for you One tv in each room - Netflix available, Alexa available. We have free parking on premises, a dozen of steps from the entrance to the unit. We speak all languages translator used / spoken! Guest access Access to your unit only, patio, parking and washer/ dryer laundry room. Other things to note Lola is the cat that was dumped as kitten, please dont let her in the unit. There is a $80 cleaning fee per stay and it will be collected thru Airbnb.
