This 2 bed/1 bath unit is perfectly located, just a 5 minute walk to the beach and to downtown Belmar (w/ access to New Jersey Transit)! The unit is on the second floor and has its own private entrance. It's located in a quiet residential neighborhood and one block away is a great playground and Silver Lake with a beautiful walking path. All linens, beach towels, AND BEACH PASSES are provided. There are window air conditioners in each room and a full kitchen. The space You'll have access to the breezy wrap around porch and backyard patio. Guests will be loaned our beach badges at no charge, a huge cost savings (these are $10 per day normally)! You can use our locker on the beach where you can borrow our chairs and umbrellas or store your own. There is a washer/dryer in the basement that you can use. The space was professionally designed and upgraded with new furniture; includes a new couch, beds, and kitchen space! Guest access Guests will share the front porch, the outside shower, and the driveway with downstairs year-round tenants. Separate access.
