Walking distance to HBS, HLS, MIT, Harvard Sq, Central Sq. Easy access to the rest of Boston via Red Line, car, or bike - this is the perfect place to immerse yourself in the essence of Harvard, Cambridge, and Boston. The space You will have the entire apartment to yourself. This studio has a queen size bed, private bathroom with shower stall, and full size kitchen complete with cooking supplies and essentials. The back door opens to a beautiful backyard designed by a French horticulturist. The sitting area can be converted to a Queen size bed for extra guests to sleep up to 4 guests total. Note that quoted rate for 2 guests is just for the queen size bed. Please request the sofa bed setup upon booking should you prefer one bed per person. There is a $30/day extra bed fee for a 2-guest booking with the sofa bed. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole studio apartment, backyard, and first floor back deck. Guests may also access the laundry facility in the basement upon request. Visitor street parking permit is available upon request at booking. Permit availability is not guaranteed if requested later upon arrival, so we recommend you request the parking permit when booking. The guest permit allows parking on any neighborhood street listed on the permit. Please do not park in any private spaces (you may be towed or ticketed!) and return the permit when you check out. Other things to note No smoking inside and outside on the property. No animals of any kind are allowed on the property for allergy and sanitary reasons. Cambridge is a great place for partying, but not in this space. Please do not book this apartment to host a party or event. You will be asked to leave immediately if you do so. Street parking by permit only. The visitor street parking permit is available upon booking, but not guaranteed if requested later upon arrival. By using the parking permit, you agree to permit use rules in entirety. Please read the rules printed on the permit before using it to avoid fines, and do not park in the driveway to the left of the house. Your car will be towed if parked there. Bed linens will be arranged for the queen bed for 1-2 guests, and the queen bed + sofa bed for 3-4 guests.
