Hawaiian Getaway Brand New Pool coming 9/15/26

BRAND NEW POOL 9/15/26 Airport is 20 minutes away. Centrally located to Kailua Kona downtown which has many restaurants and grocery stores. 6 minute drive to White Sands Beach. Fantastic snorkel beach is 10 minutes away. Take a private night dive with the Manta Rays. Walk to Ali’i drive. Travel the island and come back to a relaxing space with a swimming pool. Drive to Hapuna beach and spend the day at a beautiful stretch of white sand along the coast of Kona. Visit the waterfalls The space Private Downstairs apartment. Partial ocean view. 2 bedrooms 1 bath full kitchen with induction stove, refrigerator, dish washer. Beach towels and bathroom towels provided along with everything you need for the beach. Cooler, Umbrella beach chairs and cold packs in refrigerator. Kitchen has pots pans dishes cups utensils. 40+ foot lap pool open 7 am to 9 pm. One parking space on premises. Laundry is available to guests staying 5 nights or longer. Laundry hours 9am-5pm due to home using solar for electricity. If the pool cleaner disrupts your swimming I can turn it off but it must remain in pool at all times just let me know. NOTE: I do have a blow up mattress if you have two teenagers that do not want to sleep in same bed. Plus extra sheets. Guest access Lock box access with key Other things to note POOL REMODEL coming soon! 🏖️Pool quiet time is 9pm to 7am pool cleaner can be turned off if it disrupts your swimming but it must remain in the pool at all time. Let me know and I can turn it off. There is ABSOLUTELY no smoking on or in the property. Laundry can be done between 9am and 5pm due to my homes electricity is run on solar. Owner must be on the property when laundry is being used. Laundry is located in garage. If you require access please let me know. If you have other people that would like to come visit they are not allowed in the pool area and must park on street. No Overnight guests other than those listed on rental agreement.
