This lovely Queen Anne Victorian home is situated on historic Wellesley Park near the base of Ashmont Hill in Dorchester. Experience a walk through this remarkably preserved Victorian era "garden suburb", passing by the original gas lights on the way to public transportation (The Red Line's Shawmut Station is a 3 min walk), and the many amenities this neighborhood offers. Red Line T offers easy/fast access to downtown Boston, Back Bay, financial district, Tufts, BU Medical and Mass General. The space Sunny single room is the first one on the second floor with easy access to renovated full bathroom. Room has a small refrigerator and microwave. 1/2 bath is at bottom of stairs. Street parking is plentiful and no permit needed. Guest access Guests have access to their room, bathroom upstairs, half-bath downstairs, and front porch. There is no kitchen access. During your stay Hosts live in the property and work in the area. They are available by cell phone if they happen to be out of the house. Other things to note The large house has 2 air B&B rooms. 1 is for maximum 2 ppl, and 1 room is for single person only. The second floor bathroom is dedicated to Air B&B guests, and when both rooms are booked it will be shared.
