Lots of closet space, beach towels, iron, washer/dryer, hair dryer. The Royal sea cliff offers - a tennis court and two swimming pools located a few feet from the ocean. The Southside pool has a BBQ and a sitting area. The north pool offers hot tub showers and toilets. lobby level has an ice maker, printer, Ping Pong table. I love the views, the ocean so near, I keep all windows, sliding doors open and live in the open air so that I can hear the surf at night and sound of birds during the day. The Royal Sea Cliff architecture: built arround an inner court filled with lush, beautiful vegetation and water. One mile to the heart of Kailua town, you are near to everything at the same time you are out of the town noise. The bus stop is outside the property- on Alii Drive, however the Big Island has so much to offer see and experience that I recommend renting a car. Parking is free and near to the elevators which take you to the apartment. The Royal Sea Cliff is a short 15min. drive from the Kailua Kona Airport (KOA).
