Enjoy this lovely private room for 1 guest on the second floor of our house. Very safe, quiet, and in a highly walkable neighborhood. This charming room has a full-sized bed, lamps w/USB chargers, desk, dresser, full-length mirror, and a spacious walk-in closet. Kitchen has amenities such as coffee, tea, appliances, utensils, paper products, washer & dryer. Walk to UMass, Jordan Pond, supermarkets, shops, restaurants, gym, hair salon, post office, and more! The space The kitchen has a large countertop, sink, high table, stools, coffee maker, hot & cold water dispenser, microwave, refrigerator, and toaster oven. It is stocked with coffee, tea, and sweeteners. Please note that kitchen does not have a stove. Please note that the second floor is separate from our residence downstairs. The second floor bathroom and kitchen is shared with another guest if the other room happens to be booked at the same time. Each room has its own door lock. That other room is a separate listing and may be booked at the same time if you want the entire space to yourself (depending on availability), simply look at our other listing within AirBnB. Guest access You'll receive a code to the front door and a key to your room. You'll have access to the front stairs, kitchenette, hallway, your room, and bathroom all on the second floor. During your stay My wife and I live downstairs with our two small dogs and we are at your disposal, should you need anything. Other things to note NO OVERNIGHT PARKING ON STREET: Please note that the Town of Shrewsbury does not allow overnight street parking. There is parking for only 1 car. No additional guests or visitors allowed.
