A very comfortable, designer home in New Orleans awaits you! SUPER SAFE and CONVENIENT! THREE QUEEN BEDS! Only 4.9 short miles from the French Quarter! Guest must be AT LEAST 24 YEARS OF AGE TO RENT THE HOME. Uber & Lyft are readily available- so no need to rent a car and we offer off street parking for two vehicles. A neighborhood home that is extremely convenient and close to all of the fun and excitement, yet only 15 minutes from the hustle, bustle of the city! We are located in a quiet and safe suburb home with parking for many vehicles. The streetcar (trolly) is only 4 miles away which travels to the city of New Orleans; the city that never sleeps! The two bedrooms have a queen bed as well as a queen sofa bed. Sleeps 6 comfortably. My home is equipped with a coffee pot, coffee, creamer, sugar and other sweetners. I also offer grits and oatmeal. There's a microwave, and a refrigerator, as well as utensils, dishes and other essentials for your convenience. THERE IS NO OVEN OR STOVE. We are in walking distance to a convenience store, a daiquiri shop and the Chalmette National Battlefield. Within a half mile radius there is the famous Rocky & Carlo's restaurant, a hospital, grocery, Wal Mart, laundromat, post office, banks, casino, local hot spots, and a park just to name a few! The entire guest home and all driveways as well as the front porch. The home is equipped with a keyless entry. The home is a duplex and the owner resides part-time in the rear of the property. PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THIS HOME....IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT MY GUESTS KNOW THAT YOUR ENJOYMENT DURING YOUR STAY IS MY TOP PRIORITY, BUT PARTIES or EVENTS IN THE RENTAL OF ANY KIND ARE NOT ALLOWED! Geralds donuts and cafe' is a quick drive and has incredible donuts, coffee, burgers and much more! THIS PROPERTY IS IN BETWEEN THE CITY THAT NEVER SLEEPS AND THE SLEEPY BAYOU LIFE, literally! There are several AMAZING places to eat within a quarter mile of the home! As your host, I do live on the premises part-time, totally separate from the home in which you will be staying. Your privacy and an enjoyable stay is my first priority! There are very few rules which are normal air-bnb home rules, most importantly the top ones of importance are NO PETS, NO SMOKING EXCEPT ON THE PORCH AND NO PARTIES! The home offers three comfortable queen beds and first class furnishings throughout. There is no stove, but there is a microwave, a sink, and a refrigerator/freezer. There is a 12 cup drip coffee pot as well as a k- cup style. There is also a water kettle. The kitchenette is equipped with all the essentials like utensils, dishes, glasses and more! The home has nice towels and linens and any amenity needed for your stay! The home is immaculate and ready to welcome you! I do have a pool and a side yard which is behind a private gate that is not an offered amenity for my AirBnb guests at this time.
