Welcome to the ‘duck out’. Our place is uniquely set back from the street. It’s very close to MAGAZINE CORRIDOR, La Boulangerie, Le Bon Temps Roulé, Surrey's Uptown, PIZZA domenica and Apolline. You’ll love our place because of the splash pool, patios, neighborhood, the comfy beds, the equipped kitchen, and the coziness. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with older kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets). The space Includes two off street parking private paved spaces in our driveway, there’s also street parking available. We have 2 loft bedrooms (1 Queen, 1 King) with attached full bathrooms and a separatemini loft with a Queen bed with a full bathroom below that area can be closed off. The downstairs features a beautiful rain-head shower and a free tropical experience. Our casa is lived-in and has a lot of quirky character, if you are looking for stark hotel room type space, we aren’t the spot. We’re more rustic with Mexican terracotta tiles and cypress beams, lots of windows and plants. Our home is cozy and a great place to make a base while working in or exploring NOLA. Guest access You’ll have full access to our home! We have a gardens in the front and back of the house. We grown fruits and veggies and encourage guests to take what you’d like, but not more than you need. The backyard is fully fenced in so your pets can safely run around. Other things to note Please clean up after your pets. We have an luxury 20” self inflating air mattress that fits downstairs in the living room if there’s guests that are uncomfortable going up and downstairs. Our house is very vintage, there’s periodically maintenance issues we’ll be happy to tend to ASAP if need be. If there is heavy rain and you see water coming in the back door this means the sump pump has been disconnected/unplugged from the exterior wall and needs to be plugged in immediately to prevent flooding.
