Please be aware that you will be renting a room in my home. Not the whole house. My place is close to the LSU campus, Downtown, and restaurants. You’ll love my place because of the location, the ambiance, and the outdoor space, which has a nice deck, a workout room, a spiral staircase leading to the private rooms upstairs, and a small common area. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. This is for the Green Room only. Red Room is rented separately. The space The bedrooms with locks and a common area are up a spiral staircase. There is no private entrance. You'll get a code for the front door and a room key for your privacy. Upstairs, there is a Hollywood-style bathroom, where your vanity and toilet are connected to your room, and the tub/shower is shared with the other room. All doors lock! Guest access You'll get a code for the front door and a room key for your privacy. My room is on the other side of the house and downstairs from the rental rooms. You will have access to the kitchen, living room, dining area, deck, and the workout room and laundry room. During your stay I'm happy to help in any way I can. I can offer recommendations or directions, etc., if needed. If you'd like to chat over coffee or watch a little TV with me, I'm ok with that. I enjoy meeting people. You are also welcome to stay upstairs, and I won't bother you. Other things to note Sometimes I can be flexible on the check-in and check-out times. Just ask if you need to change it and I'll see what I can do. Mostly it depends if I've had guests the night before and need to clean the room. In any case, you can always leave your belongings and car here if it's not ready for you.
