Hawaii Life Rentals Presents Emmalani Court 322 your North Shore Kauai Vacation Rental! The space ***DISCLOSURE 8/25/25: Emmalani Court construction is set to begin on Sept 1, 2025. This project will take 16-18 months to complete. Phase 1 includes roof work and removing eyebrow structures, will begin at the most maika'i building, Building 1, and continue in sequence. Work on each building should take one month, and building 2 will begin in mid-September. Phase 1 should be complete by December 2025. Phase 2 will start in approximately mid-January 2026, and will include entry and rear lanai replacement and stairwell work. Work day schedule is not yet provided, but expected to occur between M-F 7 a.m. - 6 p.m. and Saturday 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. Emmalani Court is a hidden gem in Princeville on the North Shore of Kauai. It is only 42 units and adjacent to the 8th hole of the top rated Robert Trent Jones Jr designed Makai golf course. This well maintained complex is located within walking distance to the Princeville Resort, Pali Ke Kua beach, Hideaways, Queens Bath, golf, tennis, and the many restaurants in Princeville. Watch the incredible sunsets from the point of the property or a bbq at the pool and hot tub. The picturesque town of Hanalei Bay and its famous beach and world class surfing is a short drive away. This is a great option for couples, solo adventurers and families. The Bathrooms and Kitchen have recently been renovated. This unit has recently had many upgrades. These upgrades include new furniture, beds, linens and a very well stocked kitchen. To make your stay even more comfortable there is wifi and A/C in both bedrooms, as well as the living area. Each bedroom has en-suites on opposite ends of the townhouse making it ideal for couples traveling together. One King in the primary bedroom and two queens in the guest room.
