Spacious, elegant, all new two bedroom is in one of the classiest buildings in Boone. The building itself is a destination! Elevator, coin-op laundry in basement, on -site management 8-5, M-F, semi secured building. Short and long term guests welcome! This will sleep 3 but there are just two beds (queen and a double/full/standard). The city does not allow overnight parking on downtown streets, but there are two free well lit municipal lots each about a block from our building. The space The city does not allow overnight parking on downtown streets but free public parking is about a block away. For our longer term guests, every two weeks sheets are changed a light cleaning is done. Guest access This building has an elevator. Free public parking is about a block away. Other things to note This unit is pet free. It is your right to bring a Service Animal. But, please be aware that if you do, you risk the health, and sometimes the lives, of subsequent guests who have life-threatening allergies to animals.
