Spacious, elegant, all new two bedroom is in one of the classiest buildings in Boone. The building itself is a destination! Elevator, coin-op laundry in basement, on -site management 8-5, M-F, semi secured building. Short and long term guests welcome! This will sleep 3 but there are just two beds (queen and a twin). The city does not allow overnight parking on downtown streets, but there are two free well lit municipal lots each about a block from our building. The space The city does not allow overnight parking on downtown streets but free public parking is about a block away. For our longer term guests, every two weeks sheets are changed a light cleaning is done. Guest access This building has an elevator. Free public parking is about a block away. Other things to note This unit is pet free. It is your right to bring an ESA or Service Animal. But, please be aware that if you do, you risk the health, and sometimes the lives, of subsequent guests who have life-threatening allergies to animals.
