We look forward to welcoming you to our newly remodeled guest bedroom with private entrance, bathroom, patio, and dedicated parking spot. Our parents (Ryan and Ramona) are currently living at the house and taking care of things. Our home provides you with a convenient place close to the airport (less than a 10-minute drive), and a central location to begin exploring the island (~15 minutes from downtown Kona). Our room is ideal for one or two night stay on your way to or from the airport. The space Our space is a one bedroom unit with its own bathroom on the main floor of our home. You will have your own private entrance and patio (with patio furniture). Your room has a queen bed and a big closet for your luggage. The bathroom includes a shower, toilet, and tiny sink. We provide towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and WiFi access. Unfortunately, we are unable to host pets. *** Watch your step when you enter the sliding door as it steps down into your room. Guest access Pull in to the paved driveway above the house. Please park on the left side of the driveway as denoted by the orange parking cones. Pull forward close to the deck as our personal car will be parked next to yours. During your stay The apartment is self check in. My parents live on property if you need assistance. If you need to contact me, you can reach me through the Airbnb website/app. I respond ASAP. Other things to note We take pride in the cleanliness of our apartment. Therefore, we have a no smoking policy. SMOKING POLICY No smoking is permitted inside or anywhere outside the property. We reserve the right to charge a $250 instant penalty, plus extra cleaning fees and cost of future lost business, if the apartment smells of smoke or contains smoking related litter.
