Incredible views! This large one bedroom is located on the Windward side of Oahu! Welcome to the country! Away from the crowded beaches & downtown, yet close to many beautiful attractions that this island has to offer! This condo has a BRAND NEW REMODELED KITCHEN, spacious living room, separate bedroom & full bathroom. This white sand beach is perfect for swimming, snorkeling, paddle boarding, fishing & just relaxing in the sun! Pool, BBQ area too! Free parking & security. VERY IMPORTANT NOTICE!!!! This is an older building on the beach & there is construction & renovations going on at this property right now during normal business hours on the weekdays so it can get VERY noisy during these times!! The pool has limited hours or may be closed right now, but the ocean is better to swim in anyways! You will want to be out and about enjoying the beach and the island during construction hours :) We have discounted the nightly rate significantly to reflect this. This is not a fancy hotel or resort, just a simple beachfront condo & for the price it's a real value! This condo has absolutely AMAZING views!! There is cable TV & WIFI. Has everything you need from full fridge, stove & oven, dishwasher, dishes & utensils to rice cooker, blender, etc.! Queen size bed to the living room in addition to the couch so you can choose to sleep out on the ocean side too! Private lanai to watch the beautiful sunrises in the morning and the stars & moon at nighttime. There is beach equipment for you to use too! There are starter supplies of TP, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap & laundry detergent. Free parking at the building and a rental car is highly recommended but there is a bus stop right at the road that will take you all around the island! There is no public access to this beach from this property so it's like having your own private beach away from all the crowds! We are available for any questions or concerns during your stay & we are a family operated business that live on site if you need anything! This unique location offers yummy food trucks & a convenience store within walking distance. “Times Supermarket” in Temple Valley is the last Grocery store before you get here from the airport. You will find Safeway in the town of Kaneohe before that & we have a Foodland about 10 minutes North of us. It has the best selection near us (closed Sundays). Closest to us is Tamura’s Grocery, 6 minutes North, and Longs, right near it, has a good dry foods/drinks selection, Polynesian Cultural Center, BYU, Kualoa Ranch where many famous movies were filmed & they offer awesome tours! This condo is just steps to the white, calm sandy beach where you will certainly spot turtles, sometimes during the season you can see whales in the distance too! A rental car is highly recommended but there is a bus stop right out front of this building that will take you all around the island! Remember this is the tropics! This property is located in the "Country" part of Oahu, so you will see chickens & geckos, insects & other little creatures too as this is just normal for this climate and the islands! Please do not leave any unopened food laying around in your unit, sugar in the cupboards etc. We have pest spray done frequently but you may see unwanted bugs from the spraying, just to be aware and know this is just a normal way of living here :) Additional Amenities & Notes: *Tables and lounge chairs by the pool and on the 2 acres of grassy lawn and beach for guests and residents to enjoy * Outdoor BBQ area at the north end of the private beach * A pool right on the lawn, next to the beach so you can swim in the calm and safe(r) water while still enjoying the sound and smell of the ocean. *Ocean facing gym with additional bathroom upstairs. * Building security A few things to bear in mind: * The building HOA does not allow pets except service animals, sorry! *There is no smoking inside the unit or anywhere inside the condo building but there are smoking sections on the property * Please do not flush anything besides TP not even "Flushable wipes" as we have a very delicate septic system. ** Maximum Occupancy: 4 People including adults and children * Check in is at 4PM, Check out is at 10AM
