Shared outdoor spaces include the parking area, side uncovered patio, grass volleyball court, Northern yard and hot tub area. Please do not approach the front home, shop, garage, and treehouse areas as those are off limits and reserved for the host family. Please remind and insure that kids and other guests limit themselves to these designated areas and respect these boundaries allowing privacy for the host family. Other things to note Upon booking this unit, guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless Makai Rentals, LLC, and the property Owners, its officers, agents, employees, and servants from all claims, suits, or actions of every name, kind, and description, brought for, or on account of: (A) injuries to or death of any person, or (B) damage to any property of any kind whatsoever and to whomsoever belonging, (C) any sanctions, penalties, or claims of damages resulting from guest's failure to comply with the house rules, host/manager directions, local laws, or (D) any other loss or cost, including but not limited to that caused by the concurrent active or passive negligence of Manager or Owner and its officers, agents, employees, or servants, resulting from the performance of any work, maintenance or other involvement required to maintain safe and comfortable rental unit.
