I welcome guests to a safe quiet neighborhood. This is a cape cod style home with Bedroom 1 on main level and Bedroom 2 on second floor. Please note, there is no bathroom on the second floor. The kitchen, dining area, full bath and comfortable living room are also on main level. The laundry and additional 3/4 bath are located in basement. The space This home is welcoming and furnished with some extras to make your stay more comfortable. With 2 levels, you can enjoy the separate spaces and relax. The deck off the kitchen is great to enjoy the outdoors or enjoy your morning cup of coffee. Guest access In addition to main floor, upper level and part of basement (garage is not available), there’s a deck in back to relax and spacious backyard. Other things to note You may see deer at dawn or dusk. Oftentimes they walk down the middle of the street or you can see them crossing through the park adjacent to my backyard.
