The space Main floor house on stilts. 3 bedrooms all with queen beds. 1 bedroom with 2 queen beds. Living room with 1 sleeper sofa also a queen. Two bathrooms, 1 with tub, master bath has dual sinks. Kitchen, dining room, bar top with stools, covered grill area with gas grill. Covered and screened in patio. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property besides the small garage. Other things to note 3 night minimum from Memorial Day to Labor Day on weekends. Pets are allowed but it’s one time $50 charge PER pet. Hot tub is available year round. Also the dock does get removed for the winter months. There isn’t a date that is specified as it depends on the river levels and the temps. October and after please ask ahead if the dock is something you’d like to use.
