The Attic on Lake Street is a quiet, cozy vacation retreat located in Ventura, Iowa – on the west side of Clear Lake. The space The Attic on Lake Street is an apartment located in the attic of the owner's home. The entrance is located in the back of the house (south side). There are approximately 20 stairs that lead up to the separate entrance. There is a kitchen with a gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, crockpot, as well as some cookware and dinnerware. There is a small bistro table with two chairs for dining located just outside of the kitchen. There is an electric fireplace in the living room, along with plenty of books. There is one bedroom with a king size bed, and a fold out full size bed located in the living room. The space is comfortable for max of 3-4 people. Guest access You can park anywhere in the driveway on the west side of our home. Other things to note No smoking inside the property. No parties. There are approximately 20 stairs leading to the Attic - please be cautious and take your time walking up and down the stairs to the Attic. Small dogs are welcome! (25 lb or less, limit of 2). The owners live below the attic along with their friendly dachshund Eros. Please note there is a pet fee used for extra cleaning purposes. Please indicate you are bringing a pet so we can plan accordingly. If we notice a pet we were unaware of at booking, we will request additional money for the pet fee.
