Hopkinton Mass 3+ Bedrooms - Great location!

This my home in which I am now an "empty-nester". I have 3 bedrooms available, each with a Queen bed, plus a room over the garage with 2 futons and a mattress. NOTE: I live here and will be home during your stay. You'll have access to a private bathroom and the rest of the house: kitchen, dining room, living room, etc. NO pets allowed My place is close to Boston, Worcester, Providence, state parks, etc. Good for singles, couples, business travelers and families. Great pool and hot tub! The space 3 bedrooms as listed, with queen beds, plus a room over the garage with 2 futons and a regular mattress on the floor. Potential for more sleeping spaces on air mattresses if needed. Room over garage has ceiling fans and open skylights but no AC. In summer months the outdoor swimming pool is awesome! The Outdoor hot tub is a pleasure year around - especially in the winter!! *** The pool is closed for the winter! Air conditioned house - turned on when its hot. I provide all sheets and towels (bath and pool). Please note: while I thoroughly enjoy having people from around the world at my house, due to some past issues, I do not rent my home to brand new AirBNB users with no reviews. I cannot risk damage, theft, etc. I hope this is understandable. Repeat: I live here and will likely be home during your stay. I will certainly give you privacy as you will me, but I like to socialize and even share meals. I have listed my house as “whole house” because it is not just the bedrooms - you’ll have access to everything, except my room. Guest access Full house access: bathrooms, kitchen, family room with TV with cable, living room, washer/dryer, wi-fi, etc. Adequate parking for multiple vehicles. I also have a stepper machine for exercise. NOTE: Guest and all members of guest's party assume ALL liability related to use of the property including, but not limited to, swimming pool, diving board, hot tub, and exercise equipment. By reserving the property, guest affirms guest has full authority to assume liability for all members of guest's party utilizing the property. Other things to note Beautiful swimming pool for the hotter months! Hot tub year around! Stepper exercise machine available. Sheets, bath towels and beach towels (for pool/tub) are provided.
