Lovely tree view and you can watch the sun rise from the back deck with morning coffee. Full use of kitchen, 2 living rooms, 2 bathrooms, FREE laundry, deck, foyer, dining, room and parking. Guest access THREE LEVEL, SPACIOUS HOUSE: House is huge; with a very bright and open feel to it; has high ceilings and hardwood floors throughout; lots of windows with abundance of sunshine.
