STR#468 The space The Aston at the Waikiki Banyan is a very popular, moderately priced family resort only a 5 minute walk (100 yards) to Waikiki Beach, Kapiolani Park and Honolulu Zoo. There are fantastic amenities at the Banyan: a huge swimming pool, 2 Jacuzzis, tennis courts, basketball courts, a playground, coin-operated BBQs. There are laundry facilities on each floor, a convenience store in the lobby, along with a great little coffee shop and Internet cafe all in Tower #1 on the ground floor. The Bus stop is also directly adjacent to the property. Check In time 4pm Check out time 12pm This unit IS compliant and a legal short-term rental under Bill 89. You will be provided with the starting kit: - 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel, 1 wash cloth, 1 beach towel PER GUEST (sorry, no daily towels replacement like it's done in hotels) - shampoo, conditioner, soap - 3 rolls of toilet paper - 1 roll of kitchen paper towel - dish soap, dish sponge, dishwasher soap - laundry detergent - garbage bags * please note that the Airbnb rentals don't operate like hotels* - Our rentals are private residences that offer home away from home atmosphere, may accommodate more guests than standard hotel rooms and provide kitchen facilities and parking. - Unlike traditional hotel rooms, our rentals do not provide daily maid service. - Unlike traditional hotel rooms, check-in cannot be processed at the hotel reception, please read specific check-in instruction provided with your booking confirmation.
