The space The 2 bedroom (+ office) layout can accommodate 2 couples or a family, with A/C in both bedrooms and the living room. The backyard has a playhouse with slides and swings for kids, as well as a BBQ to cook your famous meals. The master bath has a jacuzzi tub with a handheld shower head for getting that sand off after a long day at the beach. The office is detached for privacy during your zoom calls, and has a printer as well. This property was featured in the HGTV series “Hawaii Life” (S4:E4) and the buyers chose it of course! We provide a full set of beach gear including snorkels, fins, beach towels, beach chairs, sand toys, and an umbrella. Please note that the house has an attached "Ohana" or mother-in-law unit with a separate entrance where a co-host lives and is available to help with urgent needs during your stay. The layout ensures maximum privacy, and the shared wall is fully soundproof. The backyard is all yours, though! Guest access Guests can use the house (except the Ohana), the backyard, the carport, and the Office/business center. Other things to note The driveway is steep, so be sure to rent a car with ground clearance, like a jeep, SUV, or compact car. The carport only has one parking spot for you, so additional vehicles must be parked on the street. Your entrance is NOT the first set of stairs you see, yours is through the carport and to the stairs on the left. More instructions are provided a few days prior to arrival!
