Lakeview Cottage offers the character of a cottage without compromising comfort. Minutes from local food hotspots (pizza pub, breakfast diner, Irish bar, seafood), pharmacy, gas, grocery store, salon, and so much more the location could not be much better! TWO miles to the highway where north takes you to Plymouth center and on to Boston, or south will take you over Sagamore Bridge to enjoy Cape Cod. The space Lakeview Cottage offers lake views from every room along the back of the home, a private association beach to relax at or launch kayaks and a "cottage size" kitchen + 3/4 bath. The setup is ideal for up to four people. Please be aware the ceilings are low in the cottage and the top bunk will be best for small adults/children. ***Please note that the downstairs level of the cottage is a separate space and is occupied by caretakers. The space is completely separate and not shared. This is still one single home with two separate units, so please have that expectation when booking*** We provide beach chairs, towels, and coolers for your use during the stay. Two kayaks are available for guest use as well! The back deck is equipped with a small propane grill and table and chairs with views of the lake. The kitchen is stocked with essentials including oil and spices. Wifi and Roku. Liability Waiver: You understand that swimming, hiking and the use of kayaks is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with swimming, hiking and using the kayaks. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming, hiking and use of the kayaks and indemnify and hold owner and or owners agents or assigns harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that swimming, hiking and the use of kayaks may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person swimming, hiking or using the kayaks if a person has health risks, or if a person swims, hikes or uses the kayaks while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner and/or owners agents or assigns for accidents or claims arising from swimming, hiking or using the kayaks. All Airbnb Guests in my party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that confirming below constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between Airbnb Guests and Airbnb Host. Guest access Guests have access to the main level of the cottage including the deck and front yard. The lower is not included in the rental and will be occupied by a caretaker. It is completely separate and your space is not shared.
