In nice weather there is also a shared concrete patio separate from the unit with a stunning view. Guest access This is walkable neighborhood, and Helen's downtown is a easy mile plus walk from here. South Raleigh is an unpaved (gravel) dead end street with only three houses. Parking is provided with a shared pull-in off of South Raleigh. Other things to note In order to provide a memorable view, this listing is above the garage and requires guests to walk up 18 inside steps, plus more steps outside from the parking pull-in. This is not a handicapped listing.
