Aloha! Our guest suite is the perfect stop if you are looking for a short drive to the airport and beaches. We are conveniently located about five minutes from the airport and 10-15 minutes to some of the most popular beaches. We are approximately 10-15 minutes from downtown shopping. The space is a one bedroom, one bathroom unit that is below the main section of the house. There is a roll-away cot inside of the closet for an extra person. There is a shelf and several hangers inside the closet if you need to use these for clothing. There is not a stove, however, there is an electric skillet that you can use to cook as well as a microwave and an instapot (upon request). You will park on the side street and go up the stairs to enter. Follow the path all the way under the porch and take a left to find the sliding glass doors that are on the ground level. If you need a ramp, go ahead and come up the driveway and open the gate to come through. We live on the premises so we will most likely be around if you need to contact us. Our kids will also be running around outside often so you will probably have some interactions with them. You will need a vehicle to get around. When you drive up Ka'iminani, to the house, we are on the left hand side so you will need to turn around to park on the side of the street in front of the house. We live on a pretty busy street so the traffic can be louder during the day. There is a white noise machine next to the bed if you need. Also a reminder that we have four kids that like to run around and play outside. The washer and dryer are on the other side of the bathroom wall and in Hawaii walls are thin so you will might hear us doing our chores. We try not to do laundry while we have guests though. Absolutely NO smoking or pets on the premises. Please go out to the street for this. We reserve the right to charge a $250 instant penalty, plus extra cleaning fees and cost of future lost business, if the unit smells of smoke or contains smoking related litter or fur.
