Cajun country home 12 miles north of Lafayette, Louisiana. Home has never flooded. Seven beds, (1 k,3q, 2s, 1 cot, and 1s futon). The futon is in game room and can be used as for a bed. This spacious home has two baths, handicap access but not wheelchair. Large, fenced yard with shade trees, and ample free parking. Walking distance to several restaurants, businesses and seasonal festivals. Kid friendly home. If found more guests stay an additional $ 175 cleaning fee. The space This home is newly renovated with new furniture, TVs in each room and WIFI access. Very spacious floor plan (2500 sq. feet) includes large living room with sofa three lounge chairs, bar and a dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large stove, two ovens, (one is convection oven), microwave, ninja blender, toaster, coffee maker and dishwasher included. Pots, pans, dishes and silverware including disposable plates and flatware are provided for our guest. Sheets, pillows, blankets, and towels included. Hair dryer included in each bathroom. Washer and dryer available. We have 4 air purifiers for your protection. House includes covered patio and large fenced yard with shade trees. Check in with keypad on front door. Easy access to I-49 and 11 miles from I-10. Approximately 15 miles to regional airport. It is 2 miles from historic Grand Coteau. A wonderful place to stay and relax. Guest access Entire home, patio, and large fenced yard. Other things to note Guests are responsible for 14% local taxes. This includes state, parish and motel tax. The nightly fee is $200.00 plus the above taxes and Airbnb fees.
