Two full baths are on the same floor. The fourth bedroom is in the basement with access to the half bath on the first floor and full bath on the second floor. There are 2 sofa beds. One in the family room on the main floor and one in the basement. Guests have the entire 2 story home with a basement, deck, patio with grill, nice yard for yard games, and small front porch for their use.
