5 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom BAY FRONT home completed in July 2022. Whether you spend your day at the beach or on the dock on the bay, you won't want to miss the amazing unobstructed and beautiful sunsets. Located at the end of 21st, you are minutes from town, but also in a peaceful and quiet part of the island. If interested in a stay longer than 4 nights (excluding June) please inquire for a % discount. The space You access the house on the level above the ground floor, up ~12 steps. As you enter the will be a bayfront bedroom to your left which includes 2 sets of bunk beds, as well as access to a deck. To the right you will find the downstairs bath with a walk-in shower, and 2 additional bedrooms each containing queen beds. As you go up the stairs you will enter the 2nd floor living space in the spacious kitchen. You have a large island at the center, with seating for 5. There is a separate bar area with a built in beverage fridge and ice maker to have you prepared to entertain all your guest. The laundry room and a seperate 1/2 bath are at the front of the house. As you move towards the bay you will find a large, round kitchen table great for eating as a group or gathering at other times for games, puzzles, or just hanging out. There is an L shaped sectional that anchors the family room, with views of the bay from all the seats. In the cooler months light the fireplace to create a cozy, warm space. The deck off the 2nd floor contains 2 tables with seating for up to 8 to watch the amazing sunset views! The top floor of the house contains the master and jr suites, both with their own in suite bathrooms. The jr suite is on the front of the house and contains a queen bed. The master is on the bay, with it's own private deck and the best views from the house. The master has a king bed, as well as a desk if you need to work while away. Guest access Access to the full house, finished garage sitting room, and backyard. Boat lift is not available for use, but you can sit on the dock. Other things to note Please note linens and towels are NOT provided. If you would like to rent either, I recommend Linen Fairies. The owner, Shirley, is wonderful and she will have the linens dropped off prior to your arrival and picked up once you leave. I can provide contact information if needed. Due to weekly turnover, check-in during the month of June is 4pm and check-out is 10am.
