This duplex home is conveniently located about 7 minutes from Logan International Airport and the Metrapark Arena, 5 minutes from MSU-B, and 2 or 3 minutes from downtown and the medical corridor. One bedroom, one bath, full kitchen, spacious and bright living room and dining area, and an enclosed patio. Wifi access is included. Note: check-in is anytime after 4 pm, though I can usually accommodate earlier check-in times if requested before the day of your arrival. The space You will have a private entrance, and the entire unit to yourself. We do accept pets as long as you know there is not fenced yard at this property and all dogs must be on a leash when leaving the unit. The pet fee is $30 with a limit of two pets and an additional $15 for the second pet. These fees cover the entire trip. And can be added to the booking after it is made. The living room seats at least 5 comfortably, and has a 50" Roku Smart TV (you'll have access to Netflix and Amazon Prime.) The living room has a ceiling fan, and a window AC unit during the summer months. The kitchen is a working kitchen. Along with pots, pans, various baking pans, dishes, and cutlery, cups, coffee mugs and wine glasses, it includes a microwave, a blender, a toaster, and a Keurig coffee machine, with an assortment of coffee pods. The bedroom is outfitted with a brand-new, queen-sized Casper mattress. There's extra bedding and pillows, an alarm clock, and USB charging stations on both nightstands. A window AC unit is installed during the summer months. The curtains are blackout curtains. It's a bit quirky, but the closet is not located in the bedroom - it's in the bathroom. Otherwise, the bathroom is pretty spacious, and there is a bathtub. It comes stocked with shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc., and there is a hairdryer. There is also an iron and an ironing board.
