This year we are celebrating having had over 100 five star Airbnb reviews! Minimum age requirement for principal renter: 30 years old Excellent 2 bedroom/1 bathroom Ocean View. Few minutes walk to public transportation, DeRussy park and the widest part of Waikiki beach. Privately owned unit within the same building as the Wyndham Royal Garden. The space This is 1000+ sqf corner unit located in one of the highest floors of luxury Wyndham Royal Garden Hotel and Tower that features: • All marble floors • Granite counters • Full kitchen • Queen sofabed and matching Love seat in living room • Dining table • Two desks • Two balconies with panoramic views of the ocean, city of Honolulu and Koolau mountains • King platform bed + twin bed in bedroom 1 • King bed in bedroom 2 • All marble bathroom with separate deep soaking bath tub • Three extra silent Split AC • Three HDTV • Free Wi-fi and programmable safe • State of the art electronic lock (no unauthorized copies of keys possible) • Both the apartment and the building are strictly no-smoking, no-vaping. • Onsite Valet and offsite self parking available (albeit limited) fee applies. Reservations prior to arrival recommended for offsite self parking, please contact host to reserve parking. We are a phone call away from our guests. There is a wonderful building crew that can also assist as well as a concierge desk for activities and general information. Waikiki is a renown destination with world famous Waikiki beach, shopping and scores of restaurants within walking distance to the unit. Places to visit include: • Arizona Memorial • USS Missouri (Mighty Mo) • Polynesian Cultural Center • Luaus. • Hanauma Bay (snorkeling) • Surf beaches of Waimea and Sunset • Kailua beach • Wet'n'Wild Hawaii (water park) Public transportation is very good and walking distance to the building. Shuttle companies can be hired from the airport to go to the building for approx. $25 per person each way. Guest access Our guests have access to the building's pool, Sauna, BBQ, Gym, Free laundry. Other things to note • Extra fees will be charged if additional guests are added to this reservation. • Check in time is 4 PM or later. • Check out time is 10 am or earlier. • Both the apartment and the building are strictly no-smoking, no-vaping. • Cardholder needs to be 30 years old or older and must travel with the group. • No unregistered guests allowed beyond the ground level lobby. • Please note that this is an Airbnb and not a hotel. We provide you with enough hand soap, dish detergent, toilet paper, and paper towels to get you started and give you time to stop by the market. We do NOT stock or re-stock toiletries or kitchen supplies for the length of your stay. Think of this as your home away from home during your stay. • Security camera placed outside the front entrance of the apartment. • General rules of rental: No Maid Service The unit will be serviced and ready for your occupancy upon arrival. There is NO daily maid service included in this rental; however weekly or bi-weekly cleaning service could be arranged at additional cost. Linens and Towels Bed sheets are provided for all beds. 4 bath towels as well as 4 hand towels are included in your rent (5-6 of each if the group is a party of 5-6 total). For your convenience we can provide you EXTRA cotton towels for a fee as follows: Bath Towels $5 ea. Hand Towels $3 ea. Laundry facilities (for your clothes, linens and towels) are available in the building. If you want to have extra towels, please let us know how many of each at least 24 hours ahead of time. Please note that beach towels are not provided. Cleaning Fees Your unit will be clean and ready to occupy at the time of your check in. You are required to return the unit reasonably clean. The cleaning fee covers a professional cleaning crew that further cleans, inspects and readies the unit for the next rental. Cleaning fees are already included in your total. Additional cleaning charges may apply if more than a standard cleaning of the unit is needed. Early Check In’s and/or Late Check Out’s Due to the fact that this is a very popular unit, back to back reservations are quite common so the likelihood of being able to check in early or check out late is very slim. Therefore, if you need a guaranteed early check in or guaranteed late check out it is advisable to book an extra night. Check In Procedures Standard check in time is 4:00 pm. Our units are equipped with state of the art electronic locks. Make sure you register with Security to be able to access other amenities in the building. To access the unit, please proceed directly to the unit, punch your code and after check in time this code will open the door until 10 am on the day of your departure. The Door Code for the Electronic Door Lock is released seven days prior to the date of arrival. Check Out Procedures Check out time for all rental units is 10:00 am. On the day of check out lock the door behind you when you leave. The electronic door will cease to open at 10:00 am on the day of your departure. Laundry Room The laundry room (4th floor) is locked, please contact security for FREE access to Laundry. You can call security directly or ask the front desk to call security for you. Building Rules/Regulations Guest(s) agrees to comply with all the rules and regulations of the building, a copy of which can be found in the unit or can be requested to security. Damage to the Rental Unit and/or It's Contents Guest(s) will be liable for all damage incurring during occupancy by him/her and all guests as well as for the replacement and/or repair cost of missing and/or damaged inventory. No Smoking Absolutely No smoking or vaping is allowed anywhere in our units, including the balcony and bathroom. If the apartment is rendered un-rentable as a result of smoking or vaping during your tenancy, our assessment will be: ¬ a minimum of $300 for odor abatement, plus ¬ rental income lost during odor abatement, plus ¬ charges incurred for tenants displaced during such abatement. Pets No pets are allowed in the unit. If evidence of pets is found, DHH reserves the right to eject guest(s) without further notice and all deposits on file and rents paid could be forfeited. Responsibility We are not liable for any injury, damage, irregularity, or delay. We reserve the right to make any changes or alterations as deemed necessary. Registration Details 260160390000
