The space The house is a warm and wonderful place to gather, cook and enjoy family. The first floor has a gracious open floor plan with many places to play games, cook and eat together. The second floor has four nice sized bedrooms, main bedroom with en suite bath and sleeping porch, each other bedroom with desks and ample room to work / study from home. The third floor, named "Bohemia" by original owners Katharine Lee Bates and Katharine Coman, is like a loft apartment, with King Bed, en suite bath, living and working space - an absolutely beautiful 'sky tower.' Other things to note Location: Marathon central, college graduations and reunions (Wellesley College, Babson and Olin couldn't be closer plus easy distance to Harvard, MIT, Northeastern, etc). Easy access to Boston on the MBTA Commuter Rail, Green Line on the T or by car. Large house for groups of all shapes and sizes. Special events, filming, parties have different pricing system, and require prior approval.
