The space Situated in a quiet neighborhood, the Maui Vista is located across the street from Charley Young Beach and within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, bars, grocery stores and surfing/standup paddle-boarding lessons. This condo features one bedroom, with a queen-size bed, a sofa sleeper in the living room, one bathroom, quiet air-condition in the bedroom and living room, ceiling fans in all rooms and a fully equipped Kitchen. Beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels and a cooler are provided for our guests use. Approximately 3-4 minute walk to the beach. The Condo is on the 2nd floor in the 3rd building. Guest access Maui Vista offers 3 swimming pools (One at each Building), 6 tennis courts and BBQ area with outside dining area. Other things to note Free parking for the 1st car and $20 for the 2nd car. Electronic Keypad entry. ALL FOUR tennis courts will be closed on Thursday 11/30 through Friday 12/15 due to resurfacing.
