There is an expansive kitchen that opens to a living room and a deck with ocean views and out outdoor shower will make you not want to shower indoors ever again. Oceanfront home located on Nantucket Sound overlooking Martha’s Vineyard Island. Swim, sail, fish just steps from where you sleep. We are located in Falmouth Heights MA and features a large ocean view lawn area. The house is a white Stucco craftsman style bungalow measuring 50’ x 40’ and is two floors. Reserve early! Owners reside on location and know and love Cape Cod and are happy to assist you in planning your holiday. OWNERS LIVE ONSITE: We have owned this house since 1983 and operated it as a day to day Inn until 2010. Since then we have preferred to rent it as a four bedroom weekly rental unit. (More free time less work for us ). We live on premise with a separate entrance apartment comprising on the first floor of the house. We know and love Cape Cod and all of the New England area and are willing ( if requested ) to share our insights with you.
