The location offers the best of all worlds as it is so close to Cape Ann's most popular beach and also has water views of Bass Rocks. The space The front of the house has a full-length porch from which you can view the sea in comfortable shade and enjoy a beverage or meal in the fresh ocean breezes. From the porch, enter into the living room with a flat screen TV and plenty of seating. The adjoining den has a pullout sofa, a TV, and games, which makes the room serve double-duty as a kid (or adult) getaway or semi-private additional sleeping space. The recently renovated granite kitchen is eat-in and fully applianced. The butler's pantry offers more storage and prep space in addition to a half bath. Upstairs are 4 bedrooms (3 of which are air conditioned) and two more full baths.The master bath offers an oversized jetted tub, double sinks and a separate glass-enclosed shower and the hall bath also has a full size jetted tub with a shower. The house will comfortably sleep 10 with enough room for your family and the folks that will want to visit you in this wonderful beach house. Leave your car in the driveway (and avoid the beach parking fees) and walk to Good Harbor Beach. Other things to note This dramatic rocky bit of coastline is a destination for those looking for views of the Atlantic at its most intense. The popular "Back Shore" walk is one of the most scenic walks on the eastern seaboard and the sidewalk begins in front of Seaside House and continues for 1.5 miles one way (or 3 miles round trip back to the house).Note: The house has two other occupied units with separate entrances and parking. 2,500 SF.
