Newly renovated kitchen with all the amenities .The master bedroom has 1 king size bed. The second bedroom also has a king bed. The third sleeping area, located in the sun-room, which has a sofa and reclining couch but a blow up bed can easily fit as well! The sun-room is located right off the living/dining area. There’s also a dining area off the living room that seats 6 people. A fire placed living room has a TV, cable, DVD player and WIFI also available for those needing the internet. The kitchen is an eat-in-kitchen with a table for 4, a new gas range, microwave hood, and clean fridge with icemaker. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, coffee maker, kitchen utensils ect. The large back yard offers an additional area for BBQing or just relaxing. A bbq grill will be provided for use. Guest access The entire house will be available for use. Not including basement and garage. There is a driveway available for parking. Other things to note Hyannis area is ideally located in the middle of Cape Cod, you will be staying 8 minutes away from the heart of Hyannis which makes checking out the rest of the Cape easy. World famous Craigville Beach is 6 miles away. Take a day trip to Nantucket or Martha's Vineyard; go shopping at the shops in Hyannis or the Cape Cod mall. Go for a whale watch, catch the sites in Provincetown (great food), see a show at the Cape Cod Melody tent, rent bikes and go from Woods Hole to Falmouth, or rent kayaks for the day in Dennis. Things to do are unlimited!
