This spacious 2 Bedroom, plus (sunroom that can be used as a sleeping area) Cape home is located in West Yarmouth on a quiet side street, convenient to the beaches, island ferries, golf, and all that the Cape has to offer. Spend the day at the beach! This home is clean, bright and cheerful. Freshly painted rooms and attractive furniture will make you comfortable and your stay pleasurable. Newly renovated kitchen with all the amenities .The master bedroom has 1 king size bed. The second bedroom also has a king bed. The third sleeping area, located in the sun-room, which has a sofa and reclining couch but a blow up bed can easily fit as well! The sun-room is located right off the living/dining area. There’s also a dining area off the living room that seats 6 people. A fire placed living room has a TV, cable, DVD player and WIFI also available for those needing the internet. The kitchen is an eat-in-kitchen with a table for 4, a new gas range, microwave hood, and clean fridge with icemaker. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, coffee maker, kitchen utensils ect. The large back yard offers an additional area for BBQing or just relaxing. A bbq grill will be provided for use. The entire house will be available for use. Not including basement and garage. There is a driveway available for parking. We will be a phone call away to answer any questions or concerns. Nearby Attractions/Things To Do: Seagull Beach – 6 minutes away. Englewood Beach – 2 minutes away, literally a walk away. Putters Paradise – 4 minutes away. Best mini golf and ice cream in the area! Great for families with kids and couples. Wild Animal Lagoon – Another mini golfing option! Cape Cod Inflatable Park – 2 minutes away. Easy walk! Wet and Dry rides for the kids at one price! Great Marsh Kayak Tours – 2 minutes away. Great for experienced kayakers and newbies. Keltic Kitchen – Awesome Breakfast/Brunch – a walk away as well! Captain Parkers Pub – Great for lunch or Dinner. Delicious, fresh seafood options – must try the clam chowder! *Phantom Gourmet Approved! Ann & Fran's Kitchen – Nice spot for breakfast! Go early to avoid a long wait. Red Face Jack’s Pub – Good Food, Sports bar setting. Ninety Nine Restaurant – stone throw away from house. Jerry's Seafood & Dairy Freeze – quick on the go food! There are many other options, but listed above are some of my favorite things to do and there are great reviews online on pretty much every restaurant or attraction in the area. A lot of the attractions are a car ride or walk away. There are bus services on the Main Rd, which is less than 10 minutes walk from the house Hyannis area is ideally located in the middle of Cape Cod, you will be staying 8 minutes away from the heart of Hyannis which makes checking out the rest of the Cape easy. World famous Craigville Beach is 6 miles away. Take a day trip to Nantucket or Martha's Vineyard; go shopping at the shops in Hyannis or the Cape Cod mall. Go for a whale watch, catch the sites in Provincetown (great food), see a show at the Cape Cod Melody tent, rent bikes and go from Woods Hole to Falmouth, or rent kayaks for the day in Dennis. Things to do are unlimited!
