Pet sitting is offered as a courtesy, and the owner is not responsible for unforeseen incidents beyond reasonable control - The homeowner lives on-site, in a separate unit with a separate entrance, and may be present during your stay - The owner has a dog (very friendly German Shepherd). There is a gate on the owner's deck upstairs so that the dog isn't roaming freely in guest areas - Your safety matters. This property features 3 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 faces towards the driveway on the NE side of the house, camera 2 faces the front porch, and camera 3 faces the walkway up to the front porch. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras are motion activated.
