For a limited time, we are offering this cozy inside room as an alternative to our sunny downstairs sunroom/poolside space, usually during the colder months, but as needed. This listing has a 'full sized' bed and is next to the bathroom. Not quite so private, and not so large, but it might suit many guests in season. Ingredients for a full breakfast is free and available 24-7. The space We would love to welcome you to our cozy and convenient upstairs guest room. It is equipped with an antique but very comfortable, updated foam mattress full sized bed. The room has a desk, partial closet space and dresser for your use. The shared upstairs bathroom is next door. We are very respectful of your need for privacy in this case. We can also accommodate more people in the poolside room downstairs, depending on circumstances and weather. We're life long sailors so we'd especially love to host any salty dogs traveling by boat. We're on a very quiet, leafy side street and the swimming pool is newly refurbished. So enjoy a swim in the pool, a walk downtown, or a drive (bike ride) to the beach and come back to the nice, warm fireplace! Guest access Shared with George and Hazel: Enter thru side door near driveway. The kitchen with fridge space and dining are all downstairs. TV with DVD as requested. Off street parking. There is an small VCR TV right in the room for those who like old movies! During your stay We are flexible and respect privacy, never mind the close location of the room. Other things to note Lowell's Boat Shop, the birthplace of the famous New England fishing dory is about 5 miles up river.
