The 1 bedroom/1bath is connected to the main house which is on 1.11 acres of land. The view from your bedroom is an unobstructed view of Mauna Kea. If you’re lucky you’ll see sheep, cows, pheasants, turkeys, etc. Guest access Guests have access to the tennis court and basketball court. Puu Lani Ranch is also an ideal place to take a nice stroll. If you have any special requests for items please let us know, we may have it available in our main house. Other things to note You will need a gate code in order to enter Puu Lani Ranch’s gated community so please let us know ahead of time when you will be arriving so we know to keep our phones available to answer any questions. Check in time is 4pm. Check out time is 10am. We will send you your codes the morning of check in. Please note that this Airbnb is located on a Ranch in Hawaii and there will be the occasional cockroaches, ants, and geckos that are residents of Puu Lani Ranch. Do not be alarmed. They are perfectly harmless. In our listing description and according to maps (Matsuyama Food Mart is 17 minutes away and has a gas station, KTA superstore Waikoloa Village (large grocery store) is 21 minutes away.
