The yellowtail house sleeps 12 people comfortably. It's a 3 bedroom, modern home with a refinished basement that has extra beds. An open-concept living space, a full living room, dining table, and kitchen with everything you need are included. It has 2 full bathrooms. Private backyard with seating areas, deck, and dining table. Private driveway that fits 4 vehicles. You have access to By the Sea Guest's guest amenities down the road, inclusive of the private beach. The Yellowtail House is our newest addition to the family and is named after the Yellowtail fish due to its vibrant yellow colors. The entire house is completely yours during the duration of your stay. It has 3 bedrooms with 1 king, 1 queen, 1 twin and 1 bunk bed (1 twin/1 double bed set). Then in our refinished basement there is 1 king and 2 twins. The house sleeps 12 people comfortably based on the number of beds. Two extra people can be arranged to stay (14 total) for an extra fee. There are 2 full bathrooms. The house is two-stories accessible via stairs. Also included are a dining room table, modern open concept kitchen with all the appliances (stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker, microwave, kitchenware), living room with TV, indoor porch with additional seating and large, airy windows, and a private backyard. The backyard includes a dining table on the deck, seating area, outdoor shower, and a gas grill. The house is located down the road, 1/2 a block away (a 2 minute walk) at 42 Inmad Rd. The house has access to By the Sea Guest's shared amenities, including the private beach with beach towels, lounge chairs, and umbrellas, the veranda overlooking the beach, fire pit, seating areas, and breakfast can be included for a daily add-on. Wifi and TV cable are included. Removed from the main inn, the house is half a block away but has access to all of the inn's amenities and add-on services. You'll still need to come to the inn to check-in. Approx. 4 vehicles can park at the house. The house is completely yours. You won't see any staff at the house unless there's a major issue, in which we will attempt to call you first. The staff will be periodically around for interaction down at the inn especially during breakfast and events. A phone number is provided in case of urgent issues. Beautiful oceanfront street with access to great restaurants and family activities. We have the largest private, white-sanded beach on the direct strip, lined with beach chairs and umbrellas. Also walking distance to a few restaurants in the area. Dennis Port is known for being quiet and beachy. Close to some of the livelier strips by car, such as Harwich Port (8 minutes), Chatham (15 minutes), Dennis Port (2 minutes), and Hyannis (15 minutes). The Peter Pan or Plymouth-Brockton buses comes to Hyannis or Harwich from South Station and Logan Airport in Boston, MA. Please visit their websites for more information. Upon arrival, you will either need to rent a car or use Uber to get to the hotel. Incidents, such as damages, missing items, messes, lost keys, rule breaks, etc. may be charged to your account upon check-out.
