The first Master Bedroom overlooks the ocean with a new King bed and luxury spa-like ensuite complete with a soaker tub. The second bedroom comes with two TwinXL beds that can be combined into a single King bed with gel topper to provide the utmost in flexibility for families. The third bedroom is equipped with a queen bed. From the living room or dining room watch the golfers on one of the most famous holes in Hawaii. We have full face masks which are a great enhancement making it easier to see more and breathe without having to put a snorkel in your mouth. A car is advised to get out and explore the Big Island and all its adventures and diverse landscape. After your booking is accepted on Airbnb you will receive a copy of our home use agreement. IMPORTANT: Although the Homeowner Association (HOA) schedules regular professional pest control services, pests such as ants, roaches and rodents simply cannot be completely controlled in the tropics. Hawaii is located in a tropical climate, and insects, rodents and lizards flourish in this environment. Guests are reminded to keep lanai/patio doors closed especially at night. If our guest spots more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.
