Private Second Floor beautifully decorated, hard wood floors, 3 spacious bedrooms with closets, 2 full baths, kitchenette, living/dining room, plenty parking in front and driveway, in a great neighborhood near the historic new orleans, restaurants, shopping, easy access to highway, airport, etc. Host stays in the first floor area. The shared full kitchen, laundry room is on the first floor. The space The home has one main entrance; however, guests will have total privacy in the second floor. Upstairs kitchenette is equipped with refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, iron. Guest access The entire second floor rooms, about 2,000 sq ft is available for your comfort. Guests can also have access to the laundry room on the first floor and driveway/backyard. During your stay I can help my guests as needed. My goal is to provide privacy and comfort for my guests. Other things to note Will allow an extra guest at $25/night
