Janie’s cottage

Janie’s cottage is located behind our home with its own private back yard. We are close to I-10 and 1-49 making it a short distance to Lafayette or Opelousas. We are close to shopping, restaurants, parks, banks and churches. Our cottage is cozy and peaceful for two people needing a get away or someone on a work assignment and need a comfortable bed and a quiet safe place to stay .We have Wi-Fi available for our guest,we have a water softener system so our guest will have soft water. The space full size kitchen, living room has a queen size sofa bed, bathroom has tub/shower combo, bedroom has queen bed, a storage bench, washer and dryer.The backyard has a sitting area . Guest access You have the entire cottage also sitting area in the back and parking area for two vehicles. Other things to note Our cottage is located in the back of our home , you have your backyard sitting area and it’s fenced in for your privacy. Two car parking on the left side on the gravel side.
